Here’s a glimpse of Jenna’s. When she was growing up, her Aunt Susie sent her a photo of a heart in the pavement. Since then, they’ve stopped to capture the hearts they see on their walks. It taught Jenna about the magic of finding beauty in unexpected places; And the delight in sharing it with others.

Beautiful Moments Meditation
I want you to close your eyes.
Imagine someone who loves you deeply.
Imagine them standing in front of you. Take a deep breath in.
Imagine the way they’re looking at you; Their eyes. Their smile.
Imagine them breathing and you breathing with them.
Notice how you feel right now. In their presence, you feel seen. You feel known. You feel unconditionally loved.
Take a deep breath in.
Now, I want you to recall a beautiful moment that you had with them.
Take yourself back there.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
Is there a smell in the air—A texture? A quality of light?
Notice how you feel in your body right now.
Stay with that feeling. Let yourself linger here.
Now, gently open your eyes.
Know this feeling lives inside of you. You can embody this state at any time.
Same ocean, yet never the same.
Today brought incredible waves, good vibes with the crew, and endless blue skies.
Grateful for moments like these—pure joy.
